Dr. Cameron Ho has received his Doctorate degree in Dental Surgery and committed to continuous dental education, making him highly skilled in the art of dentistry. Meet Dr. Cameron Ho. Dr. Ho was inspired to pursue dentistry after getting braces at the young age of ten. He received his honours degree in Science with a Minor in Biology from the University of Waterloo. Dr. Ho then realized his childhood dream of becoming a dentist by obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2016 from Schulich Dentistry at Western University. Immediately after graduation and obtaining his certification, Dr. Ho has been in private practice serving the Ottawa community.
Dr. Ho had also completed an externship in Pediatric Dentistry at the Montefiore Hospital in New York city. During his externship, he learned invaluable treatment methods for providing safe, comfortable, and fun dental care for children.
Instilled by his mother at a young age to give back to the community, Dr. Ho volunteered regularly at the Ottawa Mission Shelter providing free dental work to those in need.
Since entering private practice, Dr. Ho has also been serving as an on-site dentist assisting the team dentist (Dr. William Henry) for the Ottawa Senators. Together, they have been providing emergency and comprehensive dental care for the staff, players, and their families at all home games for Ottawa’s very own NHL team.
Dr. Ho focuses on putting patient needs first in all procedures with experience in Invisalign, dental implants, root canal treatments, and restorative dentistry amongst many other dental procedures.
Dr. Cameron Ho is a registered member of the Ontario Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Canadian Dental Association, Ottawa Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
Committed to continually improving and learning new techniques, Dr. Ho is currently pursuing his fellowship with the Academy of General Dentistry, a distinction that only 6% of dentists in North America have.
